On Friday, December 10, at 2:15PM, we will cheer on our Fifth/Sixth Grade Basketball Team as they begin the 2021-2022 Season. Their first game will be on Saturday, December 11, at St. Francis Cathedral School in Metuchen at 4:00PM.
Parents only of the team may come into the school gym on Friday at 2:15PM to help all of us cheer on our team!
As we enter the third week of Advent, we are all filled with joy as we anxiously await the birth of Jesus on Christmas day.
This coming week will be filled with fun activities including our Christmas Craft Fair on Wednesday, December 15. Vendors will be in the gym during the school day to sell small items to our children that they can purchase and give as Christmas gifts for their families. If you wish your child to purchase gift items, please send in money for shopping along with a list of the people he/she wishes to buy a gift for. We will buddy up our older and younger students so that our little ones have assistance in purchasing their gifts. We have also asked the vendors to have inexpensive gift items available for the children to purchase as their gifts.
At 2:00PM, before dismissal the doors will be opened and adults can come in to browse and purchase gift items. The event will be open until 5:00PM/6:00PM. All entering must have a mask on.
On Friday, December 17, we will have our annual Christmas Pageant in the Church of the Sacred Heart at 7:00PM. All grade levels will be performing, and we ask that the children arrive at 6:30PM and sit with his/her class; the children will remain with their class until the end of the Pageant for the Finale. We also ask that the children dress in their Sunday best.
