I know that this is only Thursday, but I wanted to get information out to all of you about tomorrow and next week. Tomorrow we will take a “Snow Day!” with faculty, staff and students just having the day off to enjoy the snow! Consider it a reward for a great week of successful remote learning!
Next week, we will go back to in-person learning, and we will be on a regular schedule. So Monday, January 10, will be back to school for everyone with our doors opening at 7:00AM and classes starting at 7:45AM and going until the end of the day at 2:45PM. Hot Lunch will be offered and Aftercare will be provided. A revised January menu is attached.
The coming week is quiet so it will be a great opportunity for all of us to get back to our “normal” routine.
Our first raffle winner will be drawn tomorrow and announced on our website and other social media accounts. Tickets can still be submitted, but they would only be eligible for prizes starting next week.
Please remember to contact Mrs. Pinto, our school nurse, if your child has any COVID concerns or other illnesses.
For our Middle Level Students, we have decided to waive the Mid-term Exams so students will not have to take them this year. They will still be required to take Final Exams in June. Students in grades 6, 7, 8 will still have a quick year in review and then begin the next new section of their studies in each subject.
If you have any questions or concerns about anything, please feel free to reach out to me via email, cwoodburn@holysavioracademy.com. Enjoy your day off and I look forward to seeing each of you next week when I welcome everyone back to school.
I pray that God will continue to bless each of you and protect you.
Happy New Year!
Mrs. Carol Woodburn
